Last Friday we had a competition. It wasn't any old competition, it was a duck competition! We had to make ducks out of newspaper and any type of tape. There was different categories they were, most colourful, most creative and most inventive. Ra's duck was an egg, a duck egg! He threw it and won when he has thrown it 11.70m! And Nate threw his duck 10.68m. We really had a awesome day! By Lily.

Paper Plane Masters
Recently the senior students put their understanding of length to the ultimate test. The children had worked hard to design the best possible plane for this important competition. The results were very mixed with some children screaming for joy due to their success, while others were left wondering what went wrong. At the end of the competition Hayley was the victor with a record flight of 12.21 metres.
